Conceived by founding Director and world-renowned mixologist Marshall Altier, Spirit House is an
all-encompassing creative network offering consulting services for hospitality and beverage service
from top to bottom. From staffing, to ergonomic and efficient bar design, to menu concept and
design and staff training; Spirit House has decades of combined experience with working alongside
clients and brand partners to build cost-effective, sustainable, award-winning bar programs. We are
an agency and think-tank for making bar dreams a reality from concept to in-the-glass through our
access to a nerve cell of the globe’s best beverage professionals.
Spirit House has designed and executed menus and cocktail focused events of all scope and size from
all over the globe from New York’s James Beard House and Taste of the Nation, to New Orleans’
Tales of the Cocktail to Hong Kong International Film Festival and been named Official Mixologists
of high profile society events such as The New York Food Film Festival, San Francisco Craft Spirits
Bazaar, and Newport Mansion Wine & Food Festival in addition to major cocktail-centric events for
corporate clients like Diageo, Pernod Ricard, Acura, and Stella McCartney
Aside from its expertise in events production, Spirit House has a knack for hospitality, consulting on
two of the Pellegrino Top 50 Restaurants in Asia, Amber (Hong Kong) and Eat Me (Bangkok) and
Zagat’s Best New Restaurant in Las Vegas; Rose.Rabbit.Lie.
Current consulting projects include full-scope beverage programs at world-class venues around the
